PINGKO Supreme Quality Walking Pedometer with Clip https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01KO1UXFQ     The pedometer from Pingko has multiple features that include your step counter, large LCD display, calorie calculator, reset and mode buttons.   It comes in a neat little box along with a manual which is easy to understand.   The product itself is compact, light-weight and extremely easy to get on with.   The buttons are on the front of this pedometer which I think makes it much easier to use.   It comes in two colours, red and orange.   This unique item has auto shut off when idle so basically it will stop counting when it can’t feel any movement.   Once you start moving again it starts back up and carries on counting. The belt clasp at the back is the standard spring clasp which will clip onto any standard belt or trouser loop.   I like everything about this pedometer, its simple and bright, anyone can use it.   Great for a stocking filler for those long walks with the dog

Infruition Sport Fruit Infuser Water Bottle - 700ml https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B075Y6DJV2 https://youtu.be/OsWM9KxwKrw I have never used an Infruition Sport Fruit Infuser Water Bottle before and I don't really know just what I was expecting.  You cut up some fruit, place the sliced fruit inside the small fruition chamber being careful not to over fill it.  Then you screw the chamber onto the lid.  Fill the main bottle with water and place the chamber inside the water and screw the top back on.  Place in the fridge to let it chill and to let the juices from the fruit circulate and flavour the water.  This is meant to replenish lost electrolytes, flush away toxins and hydrate your skin.  The bottles are made of Tritan plastic and are shatter proof which is great for me as am really clumsy.  This bottle holds 700ml and is available on the website in 10 different colours.  This is dishwasher safe but they do advise that you wash the chamber and lid to be hand washed.
