  Vegan Slow Cooker Recipes     Author Sam Kuma   #vegan http://amazon.com/dp/B01INXL1MQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=934266681&sr=1-1&keywords=vegan   The one thing I love about slow cooking is that all the ingredients can be put into one pot and left to slowly cook for a couple of hours.  I like to put mine on over night so that I wake up in the morning with the house smelling delicious.  There is nothing better than going off to work knowing that you have a fantastic meal waiting for you when you get home.  With Sam's book Vegan Slow Cooker Recipes you will have all that and then some.  There are some fantastic ideas, all straight forward stuff and some I have never heard of.  I really can't wait to try Bulgogi Jackfruit and Blueberry coconut oatmeal.  There's loads of choice and you wont be disappointed.   I received this product free of charge and am under no obligation to write this review.    

REAL FOOD VERSION     Author Efrat Petel   https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XQSQR69     I have to say without a doubt that this has got to be one of the best little cook books I have come across.  I enjoyed reading it from start to finish.  It was different, it was entertaining, it was real. The pictures and the presentation are just so natural.  I love the fact that there is an introduction and a little piece of the history and the roots of where each recipe originated. At the start of the book the author advises what stock to have hand in your herb cupboard then goes on to advise what are the best kitchen utensils to use. The recipes are varied from Salad's, Burgers, Sloppy Joe's to Apple Cider, Ice cream Sunday's and Jambalaya.  Such a variety and such a treat.  I love it.  If you want something different in a cookbook you wont be disappointed.
