This is a great book about what to look for in body language. 
 
There could be a situation where you are trying to find out if someone is attracted to you or you could be interviewing someone for the latest role in your company.  In both cases it is important to know what body language is being shown and how to understand the persons reactions in that situation.
 
We subconsciously give off signs and indications that alert the trained eye to see if someone is telling the truth or trying to hide something.   Even if someone is trying to flirt or get to know you better, there could be a stare or a flick of the hair that could totally mean they are into you.  Men seem mostly to be confused by all the signals that women give them and if you are trying to romance someone it also gives hints at what to do to show you are interested in someone and what signs to watch for to see if they are interested in you.
 
This book is a good guide on how to deal with situations and how to read people.  It advises how to improve interpersonal skills like time management techniques, goal settings and record tracking.  Its about being positive, being grateful for what you have in life and basically improving your life and how you live it.  Positivity is the key and Samuel gives good advise on how move forward and improve not only yourself but the people around you.
