Author Efrat Petel
I have to say without a doubt that this has got to be one of the best little cook books I have come across. I enjoyed reading it from start to finish. It was different, it was entertaining, it was real.
The pictures and the presentation are just so natural. I love the fact that there is an introduction and a little piece of the history and the roots of where each recipe originated.
At the start of the book the author advises what stock to have hand in your herb cupboard then goes on to advise what are the best kitchen utensils to use.
The recipes are varied from Salad's, Burgers, Sloppy Joe's to Apple Cider, Ice cream Sunday's and Jambalaya. Such a variety and such a treat. I love it. If you want something different in a cookbook you wont be disappointed.
I received this product free of charge and am under no obligation to write this review.
