 These lightweight casual shoes to me are the perfect thing to slip your feet into at the end of a hard day.  They are soft, flexible, very comfortable and easy to slip on.   The top part of the shoe is made from a breathable lightweight material to make your feet feel comfortable so that you don't get hot.  The sole is quite strong and made from a durable and elastic MD.  This does the job well in protecting your feet from all the stones and grit on the ground.  These come in 3 colours, black, grey and pink and there is even a tab on the back of the ankle to help pull these on and off.  It does say that these are Women's but I think anyone can were these.  The size is quite generous and the material is so flexible that there is loads of room to move about in.
  
These would be great with your jeans or if you are off on holiday.  All that tramping round the airport, you just have to have a comfy pair of shoes, why not these?  Maybe you would prefer to get these for milling round the house or taking the dog for a walk.  They are comfortable and simple.  I think a great casual shoe and value for money.

Is there anyone out there who like me, has a problem with certain foods.  I don't have anything as drastic as an allergy.  Maybe if  I did life would be more bearable.  I have suffered with food intolerance for several years now and sometimes it makes me feel so down, depressed and isolated I can't bear it.  For ages I went to the doctors because I kept being sick or felt unwell and test after test they couldn't find anything wrong with me.  Eventually I started to put on weight but I just couldn't understand why?  I was convinced it was food related and did a test privately with York Test Labs and discovered my problem was cows milk and wheat.  I eventually found supplements for both of these, though not half as tasty, and the weight just dropped off me.
