I sell on ebay on and off and was very interested in what this book had to offer.  To be successful at selling you need to find the right product and the right market.  This book offers various tips and ideas on how to do this. 

There is good advice on knowing your stock and answering any questions your customers may have.  Be realistic with descriptions and photographs.  Offer services that you can fulfil like reliable delivery times and descent packaging.  Protect your customers goods so they arrive in a timely manner undamaged.  These people are your bread and butter and they nearly always leave feed back for the next person to order from you. 

I know myself if I see a dodgy feedback on an item I think twice about buying.  This book guides you through the things to do and things to avoid.  So easy anyone can do it.
