 This is a great size rucksack for whatever you need.  It is brightly coloured and made of a high polyester material.  It has multiple pockets and the inside lining is made of polyester cotton.  The size of this bag is 30cm x 17cm x 40cm (L x W x H).  This is spacious and can be used for travel, the gym, shopping or school.  It is a casual bag with such a great mix of colour and the galaxy pattern design is very trendy.  It has adjustable straps and a mesh style backing so you won't sweat to much when wearing it.

The pockets in this bag are all designed to hold different things.  One will hold up to a 14" laptop and the others will hold things like pens, phones, umbrellas, wallets and keys to name a few.  This also comes with a pencil case which if you are using this for school, will come in handy.

The first thing that attracted me to this bag was the vibrant colour.  It is lightweight, strong and durable and so easy to use.  The thing I really liked about this was all the different compartments but especially the little hook just up on the inside.  This is there so you can attach your house or car keys and not have to rummage around trying to find them later.  I also like the pocket for my phone and the pen slots because they always see to disappear just when you need them the most.

This is great value for money and if this pattern is not what you want then there are 6 bags in this range and you can choose another design and colour.  This would be great for a Christmas present or a treat for yourself.

Is there anyone out there who like me, has a problem with certain foods.  I don't have anything as drastic as an allergy.  Maybe if  I did life would be more bearable.  I have suffered with food intolerance for several years now and sometimes it makes me feel so down, depressed and isolated I can't bear it.  For ages I went to the doctors because I kept being sick or felt unwell and test after test they couldn't find anything wrong with me.  Eventually I started to put on weight but I just couldn't understand why?  I was convinced it was food related and did a test privately with York Test Labs and discovered my problem was cows milk and wheat.  I eventually found supplements for both of these, though not half as tasty, and the weight just dropped off me.
