This Chef Remi burger press is lightweight and easy to use.  All you do is screw the handle on once you get it out of the box, make your burgers and press the meet between the two presses and viola, perfect burgers.  How easy it that!  This is a heavy duty, unbreakable, aluminium alloy press. Designed to last a life time this food grade aluminium alloy makes the perfect burgers.  It is covered in a non stick coating so that the meat wont stick to it and the burgers will come out intact with no bits falling off them. It gives enough pressure and stops you from making burgers that are too dense.  There are ridges on either side of the press so it gives the seared look to your burgers.

I found with this it was really easy to use as long as you got the mixture right for the burgers.  My mistake was not coating them with flour and letting them rest in the fridge before using them.  If you use this correctly it is brilliant and a lot of fun especially for the kids.   Just imagine fathers day get this out and the kids can actually make dad a meal.  Get it wrong and believe you me it gets very messy.  I enjoyed using this and it gives you a sense of satisfaction saying "I made that."  This is dishwasher safe and easy to clean with normal soap and water.
