This book brings together a lot of the flavours and influences of the cultures portrayed in the recipes.  Some of the names I have to admit I don't know what they mean but that kind of gives them an allure to read further and find out just exactly what is on offer.  I always used to think that Vegans would have a hard time finding food that was exciting but that could not have been further from the truth.  I myself am wary of spicy foods as I have to be careful what I eat but you can always substitute if you did not like one thing.  That is the beauty of these cook books.

If you are craving something to satisfy those taste buds just go onto any site that sells books and you are sure to find one of Sam Kuma's.  This offering is one of his more spicy titles from Moroccan salads to Lebanese fattoush or Greek meatball soup to Egyptian apple halawa.   The recipes cover a wide range from breakfasts to deserts.   Plenty of choice to be had so lets get cooking.

I received this product for free an am under no obligation to write this review.
