I perused this book with interest as I have often tried to lose weight by myself but never thought to try weight watchers.  The thing I really liked about it is the introduction.  It is so encouraging and a couple of lines that stick in my head are “you are a strong beautiful person”.  How lovely is that!   Also “you are in charge of your weight loss destiny,” this is so true and a lot of people need these kind words to spur them on.  There are 45 great approved recipes that advise how many points each meal has.  To work out your weight plan there is a link that takes you to a weight calculator where you put in your details of what you weigh and what you want to weigh.  This then works out how long it will take to lose the weight and how many points you can use to achieve this.

The recipes are great from sweet and savory for the breakfast section, light bites for lunch to mouthwatering meat and veg for the main course.  Just when you think these tasty treats have come to an end they come up with 5 delightful puddings.
