These High visibility bands do just what they say, light them up and you can be seen from quite a distance.  Fits all sizes and can fasten to your legs, arms or a bag and to be honest just about anywhere you want.  They are adjustable and the Velcro is quite tight.  They come in 4 colours, red, green, silver and blue.
 
These are perfect for the dark nights when you are out for a cycle or a run or even if you are one of these people who starts work at the crack of dawn and you go out into the night to start your shift.  We all know how the street lights get turned off after midnight, well this will help so much with your visibility and with other vehicles being able to detect you.  These are covered in a soft terylene backing so that they don't rub or scratch your skin.  These will also be great to keep in you car with your emergency kit in case you break down in the dark.  You could pop these on your arms or even on the windscreen of the car as set them off flashing to warn any oncoming traffic that you  have stopped and you are there.  These will also make other drivers aware if you are opening the car door and getting out into the line of traffic.  These are just brilliant little warning arm bands.
