This pack of quality inserts are made from a durable, soft silica gel.  They are high in elasticity, very flexible and absorbs sweat.  These are so comfortable you will forget they are there.  They do not irritate the skin and will sit firmly in place once stuck on.  These grips can be used on every day shoes or your best high heels.  The cushioning feeling helps to stop those feet from aching.  This pack comes with 4 heel inserts to protect and cushion the heel,  2 anti slip heel insoles and 2 liner high heel cushions for boots.  This pack just covers the whole shoe/boot area and you will never have to worry about those tired feet again.  These are also great to protect against blisters or callus.  They are quite thick and the backing on them is really sticky so they will last for a good while.  They can be worn by anyone and are suitable for most occasions.  These are washable and re-usable.  I think this little pack is good value for money and we all need to look after our feet.  So do them a favour and check out the website.

Is there anyone out there who like me, has a problem with certain foods.  I don't have anything as drastic as an allergy.  Maybe if  I did life would be more bearable.  I have suffered with food intolerance for several years now and sometimes it makes me feel so down, depressed and isolated I can't bear it.  For ages I went to the doctors because I kept being sick or felt unwell and test after test they couldn't find anything wrong with me.  Eventually I started to put on weight but I just couldn't understand why?  I was convinced it was food related and did a test privately with York Test Labs and discovered my problem was cows milk and wheat.  I eventually found supplements for both of these, though not half as tasty, and the weight just dropped off me.
