This lovely piece of costume jewellery is called a steampunk personality maxi necklaces retro bronze clock and leaves.   This modern piece just oozes with class and is a timeless vintage fashion statement.  The pendent itself is made from zinc alloy and is 25mm x 41mm.  The length is 430mm and has a link chain fastening.  It features a clock face and a large leaf.
