 This latest book I am reviewing from Sam Kuma is called Clean Eating.  This has been set up with dieters in mind.  There is a 15 day meal plan of tried and tested meals to eliminate the processed food from your diet in order to help you lose weight and to help you reduce the risk of getting various diseases and disorders.

This is something I have never heard of but the process clean eating provides you with a diet that is 100% natural.  It’s really a win, win situation.  You eat healthier, you lose weight and things like your skin tone can improve.  Even the quality of your hair can increase and your bones get stronger just by following this process.  The menu is vary varied and you have a meal plan for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.  You can eat 15 days’ worth of different tasty food without repetition.
