What a delight.  This book is so easy and delicious.  I have food intolerances and cannot eat wheat or milk and to find a book like this has just opened up a lot of more pudding doors for me.  Soya Pumpkin Ice Cream, Lavender Ice Cream and Tropical Watermelon, Mango, Banana and Strawberry Ice Cream were just a few of the superb recipes that caught my eye.  There are also lots of sauce, sorbet and Sunday ideas.  They are all so easy to do and you can believe me when I say this is one you need for the holidays as this is a real find and will give you so many new ideas to make your pudding days even more delightful.  Even if you are not a Vegetarian, try it, add some more colour to your food palette.
