I got this fitness tracker as a gift as I wanted to see how this worked.  I have heard a lot of people saying how good these were and I wanted to see for myself if that was the case or not.  This particular one is stylish in appearance, easy to put on your wrist ( fits wrist: 13.51 cm (5.32") - 20.12 cm (7.92") with an adjustable strap.  The LED tracker is simple to remove and can be popped out and put in a charger for a couple of hours whenever you need to.  It is made from medical grade hypoallergenic material and has blue tooth 4.0.  It is suitable for Android 4.4 or higher smartphone and iOS or above but will not work with I pads.


Its main functions are tracking your steps, how many calories you burn, your walking distance and to monitor your sleep quality.  My partner has Leukemia and we wanted to get something to monitor his sleeping as he has had a lot of problems getting good quality sleep. You can set the sleep mode manually every night if you prefer or enable the auto sleep mode which records from 21.00 pm to 8.00 am.  It can calculate the depth and shallow sleep time from your movement and advise just what quality of sleep you are getting.


It can also advise you when there is an incoming phone call or message.  Also equipped with sedentary reminder, remote camera function.
The sport monitoring records the number of steps you walk, the distance and 
based on your height, weight and other parameters accurately calculate calories burned.
In order to get these results you have to download an app on your phone called Zeroner and you get instructions on how to do this.  Once set up you can start using your tracker and it sends the information to your phone which you can download to see the results charts.  

Was it worth getting?  I thinks so, we have identified that my partner only has 3 hours of quality deep sleep and several hours of light sleep.  His main sleeping time is from 3 am onward.  Now we know that we can look into how we can help him to get a better sleep routine.  It has been a good experience and has helped us.  If you are really into your fitness, again this helps to keep track of how many steps you are doing and how many calories your are burning.  I recommend this tracker or any tracker for that matter as once set up properly the information could help change your eating, sleeping and exercise habits.  Check out the website, what better way to help your loved ones start off the new year with getting their fitness levels up.  Great gift for Christmas.
