This product is designed to assist in back pain and sciatica relief.  The material on the outside of the cushion is incredibly soft and velvety to the touch.  The inside of the cushion is memory foam and soft and moulds to your bottom.  The "U" shape on the cushion allows the tailbone to be suspended and free from any pressure making the seating position much more comfortable and less  painful if you have any kind of injury or pain in that region.  There are rubber dots on the bottom of it to stop the cushion from moving round once you are seated.  


The cover does have a zip on the back and if you need to wipe it or clean it for any reason the cushion is easily removed.  This cushion fits perfectly into any chair whether at work or home.  As it is so small and lightweight it is very portable and easy to move from chair to chair.  Once you try this you will wonder why you never bought one before.  It is the luxury in comfort for anyone in need.
