If you are looking to start a new diet then the Ketogenic Diet for Beginners by Sam Kuma may be the one for you.  Sam has written a set of two books with fantastic recipes and flavours that will explode on your taste buds.  As in most of his books these recipes are different and unusual and always leave you thinking why didn't I do this before.  These books are well written and are followed up by eye popping photo's of the goodies you can make. 
 
From the start you are advised what to do and what not to do with the diet as we all want to stay safe and get the nutrients that we need to be healthy.  Sam's caring way and love of cooking shines through and he shows how you can still enjoy your food without loosing the pleasure of a tasty morsel on your dining plate.  I have to say that my favourite part of the books are the various fat bombs you can have.  Blackberry cheese cake, strawberry, not to mention the peanut buttercups.  The list of delights just goes on.  What a great inspiration for us to loose weight.
